  1. Acceptance of Terms. Kairos Project Ventures Pte Ltd (“Kairos”) provides you access to and use of the website https://mybmnet.com (“BMN Platform”), its services, resources and information on the basis of and subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). This TOU may be amended from time to time.
  2. User Due Diligence. BMN Platform seeks to aggregate and match users some of whom may provide services or resources for commercial returns. Kairos does not employ or engage these users. Any member who enters into commercial relationship with another member does so at his or her own risk. Kairos encourages it members to do a proper and trough due diligence before entering into any commercial transactions with fellow members.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to the contents of the BMN Platform shall belong to and shall remain vested in Kairos (or third-party content providers as the case may be).
  4. Compliance with law. You agree that you will access and use the BMN Platform strictly in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU AGREE THAT THE BMN PLATFORM IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” AND THAT YOU ACCESS AND USE THE BMN PLATFORM AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT KAIROS DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN RESPECT OF THE BMN PLATFORM AND/OR ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THEREIN, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, USEFULNESS OR TIMELINESS, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOU AGREE THAT KAIROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, ECONOMIC OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
  7. Governing Law. This TOU shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
